Thomas Tuchel was unhappy with his team after his poor performance against Bordeaux (2-2) on Saturday.

The German coach had decided to make several strong choices, in line with his internal anger, in order to move the lines.

By preferring Diallo to his two left-backs by trade and Moise Kean to Angel Di Maria, he jostled his team.

Tensions with Di Maria

The first goal proved the manager right, first.

The Italian striker pulled his team forward and made a call by mobilizing the two center-backs, freeing up space for Mbappé's percussion and Neymar's goal.

It was the first time that Di Maria did not start a Champions League meeting since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel.
