After several days on the same boat, Kevin Escoffier and Jean Le Cam parted ways.

This Sunday morning, the French Navy picked up Kevin Escoffier who had to abandon the Vendée Globe because of a major water leak in his boat and who had been rescued by Jean Le Cam during the night from Monday to Tuesday last.

The PRB skipper first jumped into the water before being "recovered aboard a French Navy semi-rigid […] then was greeted by the Nivôse crew", specifies the Escoffier team.

“Kisses my quail,” said Kevin Escoffier, adding words to words before leaving Jean Le Cam.
