Danny Abdia on the second training day as a Wizards player (Washington Wizards Twitter)
The Washington Wizards training camp ahead of the opening of the 2020/21 season in the NBA has entered its second day.
In a video posted by the group on its Twitter account, Danny Abdia shares his experiences as a rookie.
The player who was selected ninth in the draft by the team and will become the fourth Israeli in history to play in the world's biggest league also told about his first meeting with Russell Westbrook and his impression of the star.
"We are two days inside the training camp, there is a great bunch of professional guys here," Danny Abdia said in the video.
"I'm excited. This is my first time training at NBA-level facilities. I can no longer wait for the season to start, winning a few games and hoping to move forward."
