PSG-Basaksehir: the match will be refereed by Dutchman Danny Makkelie

The two teams will meet again this Wednesday at 6:55 pm, still at the Parc des Princes. Same players, same teams, same stadium… but not same referees. UEFA has indeed decided to completely change the refereeing body.

After the chaos, return to the game. Postponed this Tuesday following alleged racist remarks by the fourth referee, the Romanian Sebastian Coltescu, the Champions League match between PSG and Istanbul Basaksehir will be played this Wednesday at 18:55.

The game will resume in the 13th minute (0-0).

And it will be with a totally modified referee body.

As UEFA reported late on Tuesday, Dutchman Danny Makkelie will take the whistle, assisted by compatriot Mario Diks and Pole Marcin Boniek.

Fourth referee will also be Polish, Mr. Bartosz Frankowski.

Finally, the Italian Marco Di Bello will be in charge of the video, assisted by his compatriot Maurizio Mariani.

Remember that UEFA has decided to conduct "an in-depth investigation" to shed light on the words of Mr. Coltescu, a 43-year-old referee who has been officiating since 1996 and who has been international since 2006.
