The Italian team, Juventus, won a deserved victory over its host Barcelona by three goals in the match that brought them together on the floor of the Camp Nou stadium in the final round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo scored the goal for the Italian team in the 13th minute from a penalty kick obtained by himself. His American teammate, Stone McKinney, doubled the score in the 20th minute of the first half with a great scissor shot. The Italian from another penalty kick in the 52nd minute of the match was his second goal against Barcelona with the "Bianconeri" shirt.
It is also his second in the UEFA Champions League and the twenty in his history, as he scored 18 goals against the Blaugrana with Real Madrid before.
Juventus retaliated against Barcelona for losing to him in the first-leg match with two goals to none and snatched him top of Group G, beating him in direct confrontations.
