After France Football magazine announced that this year in 2020 the traditional "Golden Ball" will not be awarded because of the extraordinary year spent on world football - instead the magazine today (Monday) published the 11th all-time dream team.

Among the players not included in the list are Johan Cruyff, Zinedine Zidane, Franz Puskás and Alfredo Di Stefano.

However, this is a respectable team, whose players are full of individual and team titles.

Goalkeeper Yashin won the Golden Ball in 1963, the only goalkeeper to win the individual title.

He is considered the greatest goalkeeper of all time, and made 74 appearances for the team between 1954 and 1970.

Beckenbauer is considered the greatest stopper ever, and apart from the fact that he broke through his caliber, he is the only defensive player to have won the Golden Ball twice, having won all the titles with both Germany and Bayern Munich.

Capo and Maldini did not win the individual title, but recorded impressive careers, as Capo lifted the World Cup as Brazil captain, and Maldini was twice included among the three finalists in the Golden Ball.

On Pele and Maradona, arguably the two best footballers of all time, there really is no need to expand.

Xavi may be considered a controversial choice, but he was Spain's big star who won two European Championships and a World Cup, and also recorded great successes at Barcelona.

Luther Mathews was named player of the year in 1990, when he marched Germany to the World Cup and recorded quite a few successes in the Bayern Munich uniform.

The presence of Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi also had no doubt, given the fact that the Argentine has won the Golden Ball six times in his career (a record of course) and Ronaldo five times).

Completed by the Brazilian Ronaldo, Brazil's 2002 winning hero, who won the 1997 Golden Ball.
