The rulers of the International Football Association Board IFAB have agreed to a test phase for an additional substitution if a concussion is suspected.
As the IFAB and the world football association Fifa announced, the tests are to begin in January.
Interested confederations, associations and competition organizers can apply to participate in the test phase.
