“The defrosting of the hall naturally diminishes hope”, admits coach Michael Schneidawind.
“Of course you always have a bit of residual hope that you can go on the ice again if things develop very well.
We hold out now, wait and hope.
But I think the facts will be created elsewhere and that is what we need to align ourselves with.
Of course we all support these decisions.
We have to get the Corona numbers under control before we even have a chance to play team sports again. "
There is still a small back door for the Bears: “The city has informed us that they are closing the hall.
But if the incidence situation got better, they would be able to open the hall again within two weeks, "explains Sten." But we have to realistically assume that it was that for this season. "
