After two consecutive victories, Barça came back to disappoint in the last round when they finished 2-2 at home to Valencia and are with just 21 points from 39 possible, eight distances from Atletico Madrid (missing game) and Real Madrid (overtime).
Barcelona will try to win again when they host Sean Weissman and his teammates, who have so far scored 14 points from 14 games as they are in 17th place in the table, a point away from the red line.
Despite this, Valladolid is in good shape and has only lost once in the last six rounds and that too was against Atletico Madrid away.
On Saturday, the Purples managed to get a point with 1: 1 away against Sevilla.
