The Governorate Club achieved the second place and the silver medal in the Second West Asia Club Championship for the women's category, which was held in the Jordanian capital Amman.

The supervisor of the game praised the promising club player Hend Zaza, who wrote her name in gold in local and foreign forums despite her young age, so she competed with adults and achieved the Republic Championship for women, cubs and juniors, and won the West Asian gold last year with the national team, pointing out that the club is setting up a special training program to prepare her to be an Olympic and world champion project In the future.

Regarding the club’s achievements, Zabia revealed that the female category locally won the league title for the 1990-1991 season, and since that date until now, the club’s women have occupied the league’s runners-up. The men's team won the 2008 league season in addition to the runner-up position from 1991 to 2011.

The supervisor of the game continued .. “The club shined externally, achieving several achievements, most notably the bronze of the Arab Championship in Damascus in 1991, through the player Iman Zoubia and the gold medal in West Asia with teams in Beirut in 2004 through Alaa Nwissati, Zina Qasas and Mirihan Masalkhi and the silver of the Arab League in Egypt“ Teams ”in 2007.

In addition to table tennis, the governorate club plays fifteen games and in 1993-1994 won first place in the assessment of the General Sports Federation, and in 1995-2000 our national teams were supported by 135 players and players in various games, all of whom won gold, silver and bronze medals.
