Most likely, Danny Abdia will not exactly want to remember his debut game at the Capital Van Arena.

The Washington Wizards' Israeli rookie ran into an early offense problem early Sunday morning, which prevented him from being a real factor in the 130: 120 loss to Orlando.

Abdia managed to play 15 minutes in which he scored 5 points, added 3 rebounds and 2 assists and was left without a miss from the field this season after also throwing only twice from the field tonight (and missed a single free throw).

At the end of the game, Wizards coach Scott Brooks, who chose to go up with Abdia in the top five just like in the losing game against the Sixers, referred to the not-so-easy night that passed for Danny.

"Welcome to the NBA. There's nothing to do, there are days like that in our league. Tomorrow there is another game and there is a chance to fix."

Brooks added that the referees may have taken a hard line against young Abdia: "It seems to me that there were some borderline whistles against Danny, but that's part of the matter and part of the development of a player in our league. Abdia scored a very important three in the fourth quarter. "What's good in our league. I definitely expect Danny to come back and give us 20 minutes in the evening. There's nothing to do, it's part of things Rocky in our league has to go through.

Russell Westbrook.

Although he finished with a triple-double 15 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists and became the fourth player to record such a stat line in the two opening games of the season, knows that improvement must come in the team game.

"I'm fine, but as you know - I just hate to lose. That loss is on me, I also think we did not put ourselves in a position to win the game. We missed easy shots tonight and it's a bit of a shame for me."
