Kfar Saba's stopper, Omar Danino, was positive for Corona this morning (Tuesday) and went into isolation.

The team players and the club members, went to perform tests and hope that the results will be negative.

As a result of the developments, Elisha Levy's debut training as the team's coach was postponed.

The team from Sharon will be hosted by Hapoel Tel Aviv on Saturday at the opening of the 14th round and Danino will not play, of course.

The club hopes he will be the only positive.

Elisha Levy signed yesterday for a year and a half and will try to keep the team in the league.

The former Israel national team coach returns for a third term as the club's coach after coaching the team in the 1999/2000 season and between the 2004-2006 seasons then also led Kfar Saba back from the National League to the Premier League.

"I am happy and excited to return for a third term at Hapoel Kfar Saba, a club that lied to me and a city where I lived for many years and which I love," said Levy.

The veteran coach got into the shoes of Ravid Gazal, who temporarily replaced Amir Turgeman who was fired a few weeks ago.

At the end of the first round, Kfar Saba is ranked below the red line with 12 points in 13 rounds.

Levy, 63, began his coaching career at Hapoel Beit She'an and also worked for Maccabi Herzliya, MS.

Ashdod, Bnei Sakhnin, Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Beer Sheva, before receiving the appointment to the Israeli national team.

The failure led to his contract not being extended and he returned to the Premier League in the summer of 2018, when he was appointed the new coach of Maccabi Petah Tikva.

At the beginning of 2019, he was fired and found a new home a year later, in Bnei Yehuda, from which he was fired last October.
