Real is said to have prepared an offer for Alaba
A possible move from David Alaba from Bayern Munich to Real Madrid is apparently getting closer.
The Spanish record champions want to intensify their efforts at the beginning of the new year and make the transfer for the summer perfect as quickly as possible - the Spanish sports newspaper "Marca" reports.
The 28-year-old's contract in Munich expires on June 30th, and the defender could change for free.
According to "Marca", Real is therefore assuming strong competition in advertising for Alaba.
The royal should therefore have submitted an offer to the Alaba side for a four-year contract with a net salary of ten million euros per year.
Alaba has already indicated that he would like to play at Real, writes the paper.
The defender also fits into the team of coach Zinédine Zidane, who is said to have already agreed to signing the Austrian.
Alaba's negotiations with the German record champions about a contract extension failed in the autumn.
Bayern President Herbert Hainer announced at the time that Bayern had withdrawn the contract offer to the defense chief after months of poker because both parties had not reached an agreement.
