SPIEGEL:
Ms. Sherrock, a year ago you made history as the first woman to win a game against a man at the PDC World Cup.
You were suddenly in the spotlight, there were well-wishers from all over the world, including Billie Jean King.
How was that for you back then?
Sherrock:
I was so happy.
Afterwards I was allowed to give many interviews: I didn't do anything else from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Then I saw all the tweets, including from Billie Jean King.
I didn't really realize anything at the time, I just went along with it, let myself be carried away by the events.
I also had to prepare for my next game.
Then I won that too and it just went on.
I didn't have five minutes to think about the whole thing.
