Kerry did it in just 36 minutes: he became the first to score 62 points or more in 36 minutes since Kobe Bryant scored 62 in 33 minutes on Dec. 20, 2005 against Dallas.
Steph reached 62 when he shot 8 of 16 from the three, including some pretty crazy threes, and finished the evening with 18 of 31 from the field and 18 of 19 from the penalty spot.
To his points he also added 5 rebounds and 4 assists, squeezing compliments not only from coach Steve Kerr and his teammates - but many players in the league who were excited to see the big star look at his peak again.
