The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has set January 8 as the date for the group draw from the African Champions League.
The Federation indicated on its official website that the draw for the group stage of the Champions League and the draw for the second additional preliminary round of the Confederation Cup will take place on Friday, January 8, at the CAF headquarters in Cairo.
(CAF) set the dates for the group stage matches for the Champions League, so that the first round will be on the 12th and 13th of February, the second on the 23rd of the same month, the third on the 5 and 6 of March, the fourth round on the 16th of March and the fifth on the 2nd and the 3rd of April While the sixth round will be on the 9th and 10th of the same month.
The (CAF) team considered the Egyptian team, Zamalek, to qualify for the group stage of the Champions League, after Chad's champion Gazelle team failed to come to Cairo for the match.
