Tunisian Anas Jaber qualified today for the third round of the Abu Dhabi Open Tennis Championship.
Sky Sports reported that Jaber, ranked 31 in the world, rose to the third round after defeating Ukrainian Katerina Bondarenko, ranked 285 in the world, in two groups for one group, with a score of 7-5, 6-3, 6-2, at a time of one hour and 56 minutes.
In the next round, Jaber will face the winner of the match between Belarusian Irina Sabalenka and Australian Agla Tomlganovic.
