Atletico Madrid - Sevilla (Tuesday, 22:30, Channel 50)
Atletico feel it: this season it could happen.
Barcelona started badly and got stuck a bit behind (despite the recovery), Real Madrid kicking the bucket, and Atletico still in first place, with three games less than Real and Barça, knowing that if they win all three they will open a gap of 10 points at the top.
Simeone's team has played just 15 rounds this season after its game against Bilbao was also postponed from the weekend, and Simeone's players come after a rest, knowing that this season their balance is impressive: 12 wins out of 15 games, 2 draws and only one loss, and a 6:28 goal difference.
Although the Rojiblancos suffered a surprising loss in the cup, they are in the league with four consecutive victories.
Sevilla, on the other hand, have not lost in their last seven league games, winning seven of their last nine games.
Just this week it beat Real Sociedad 2: 3, announcing the extension of coach Julen Luftaghi's contract until 2024.
This weekend Spain suffered a strong and unusual snowstorm in the country, which caused great chaos in both the country and the league.
Atletico, however, uploaded a video showing the impressive technology of its stadium that made it possible to melt the snow: powerful lamps were lit and raised the temperature in the stadium, and the surface itself was heated when many volunteers even helped move the snow.
