Frankfurt before Jovic loan
Real Madrid paid 63 million euros in summer 2019 for the services of Luka Jovic, to this day the Serb is the player for whom Eintracht Frankfurt received the largest transfer fee.
For the second half of the season, Jovic could strengthen the Frankfurt team again: As the Serbian newspaper »Republika« claims to have learned with reference to the player environment, Jovic should be back to Eintracht before a six-month loan change.
In the afternoon, the Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano also reported the change as fixed, so Jovic had also been offered to Manchester United.
After the move from Bas Dost, Frankfurt are looking for a second striker alongside goal scorer André Silva (eleven goals this season).
Jovic would fit into the profile, in 75 competitive games for Eintracht, the attacker met a total of 36 times between 2017 and 2019.
In Madrid, however, Jovic has so far not been able to prevail against Karim Benzema in the storm center.
In the current season, Jovic, who still has a contract until 2025, has only played five times for Real, three of them in the starting line-up.
Valencia is interested in Schalke's Mascarell
According to media reports, the Spanish first division club Valencia CF is interested in signing Omar Mascarell.
The 27-year-old captain of FC Schalke 04 played for Eintracht Frankfurt until 2018 and then moved from Real Madrid to the Revier.
With the relegation-threatened Schalke side, Mascarell still has a contract until 2022. According to reports, a transfer fee of around eight million euros for the Spaniard is under discussion, which Schalke could invest in new players.
Mascarell himself, who was no longer undisputed in terms of sport, should not be averse to a change.
