Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone won the best coach award during the last decade, according to the International Federation of History and Statistics statistics.
The official website of the federation stated that Simeone won the award after beating all coaches in the five major leagues and the world after he got 152 points, eight points ahead of his closest stalkers, Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City coach, who won 144 points.
The union indicated that the evaluation was done for the past ten years, so that the first-place winner gets 20 points, the second gets 19 points, and the third gets 18 points, while the 20-place winner gets one point.
