Washington is cheering after recording its best game of the season in a 107: 128 victory tonight (Monday through Tuesday) over Phoenix.
The Wizards missed out on Russell Westbrook who will miss next week’s games and Thomas Bryant who finished the season, but set the tone from the first minute against the strong rival, who opened the season with excellent momentum.

Bill was mostly proud of the Washington defense, whose season opener is mostly notorious but tonight lowered the Suns to 107 points and limited it to just 14% off the arc.
"I think it was the first time we kept a proper defense this season. It was our first proper defensive game."
