Optimism in the league administration and among the Premier League teams regarding the return of Israeli football to the games next Saturday (23.1).

But apparently, the game schedule is expected to be crowded for all teams, when in fact the plan is to hold a midweek cycle until the end of the season (except on holiday eves).

This means that Premier League teams will have to get used to the reality of having a game every three to four days, which has happened quite a bit since the start of the season, but is expected to be much more intense by the end of the league at the end of May.

The corona projector, Prof. Nachman Ash, predicts that at the beginning of next week there will be a decrease in the number of patients as a result of the current closure.

In his conversations with the heads of the Ministry of Health and from them to the league administration, there is an understanding that professional football will also return to the games next Saturday.

"There will be no choice but to cram the remaining games over a five-month period," the administration said, adding: "There are constraints that the whole country is experiencing on its flesh and the Euro to be held in the summer and preventing us from extending the league beyond May."

By the way, conversations with several teams in the Premier League, indicate that for them the next game will take place next Saturday.

Some have already reserved the home plots.

"Any postponement will be a blow that we will not be able to return from," the teams and the administration said, "such a situation will shorten the league and bring with it legal blows that we will not be able to withstand."
