After scoring a wonderful double against Ajax earlier this week, Eran Zehavi Saturday night (Wednesday) from the ravines when PSV Eindhoven lost to Alkmaar 3: 1 at home and at the end of the 16th round, dropped to fourth place.

Coach Roger Schmidt said after the game: "Eran Zehavi and Daniel Mullen were not at their peak in my opinion. There were many moments in the extension area from which they could show their qualities, they got a lot of balls there. Both need to know how to create chances for goals and this time it was not enough ".
The coach added: "We made some mistakes at the back and were unable to find solutions on offense. Four players were excellent, Jordan Teza, Olivier Buscali, Ibrahim Sangara and Pablo Rosario - their ability was of players wanting to win the championship. The others were not at that level."
