After the frustrating home loss to Olympiacos, tonight (Thursday) Maccabi Tel Aviv meets Basconia for a critical game for them in the 20th round of the Euroleague.
Yannis Sapropoulos' team comes with eight wins against 11 losses, with a win over the Basques creating a balance in the balance between them and the opponent and raising the Yellows above the visitors in the table, following an advantage in the internal balance over Dusko Ivanovic's team.
Basconia hopes to return to the winning track, after the defeat in the previous round against Fenerbahce.
Maccabi Tel Aviv scores victories in home games 83.8 points per game, while in losses 72.4 points (in 40 minutes, not including overtimes).
In defense, the gap is not so significant: Maccabi absorbs 71.8 points per game in home victories compared to 76.2 points in home losses.
On the other hand, in the away games the picture is different - the difference between wins and losses is 2.6 points more in losses, but Maccabi wins the games in defense when it absorbs 12 points less in wins than in losses.
