The Italian side won the first title of his career on Wednesday at the Champions Trophy. An event worthily celebrated by its

There was probably no happier than him on Wednesday night.

Alessandro Florenzi, 29, won the first title of his career acquired after a success against OM (2-1).

On loan from his club, AS Roma, the Italian right-back chased this first trophy since the start of his professional career, in 2011. With the young people of Roma, he was crowned Italian champion in 2010-2011 but that's all.

Author of a decent match for his return as a starter after three weeks of injury, Florenzi let his joy explode at the final whistle.

Knees on the ground, fingers to the sky, the Italian international never left the smile that will accompany him all evening.

If it is anecdotal for many, the Champions Trophy remains a line on the palmares of a player.

A first shot, it scores and Florenzi had to remember it for a long time.

His teammates knew this curious absence of a trophy at Florenzi.

And so they celebrated him as a hero after the victory.

The gang gathered on the lawn of the Bollaert stadium to grab the Italian and throw him in the air as if he had just scored a hat-trick.

Scenes of sincere joy from this group of players who have been very united for several months.

The party continued in the locker room, accompanied by a little champagne.

On Twitter, Florenzi posted a selfie, all smiles, with the caption: “a special night”.

More teasing, the official account of PSG greeted his player while sending a little spade to OM: "A first trophy for ... Alessandro Florenzi who will be able to fill his cupboard, unlike others".

An unveiled allusion to Dimitri Payet, the 33-year-old Olympian often mocked for not having won a title during his long career.
