The Algerian national team achieved an impressive victory over its Moroccan counterpart, by one goal, with a score of 24/23, in the match that brought them together today in Group Six of the World Handball Cup in Egypt.
Despite the strong start of the Moroccan team, which ended the first half in its favor with a difference of seven goals with a score of 15/8, the Algerian national team was able to return to the atmosphere of the match in the second half and turned the result in its favor, scoring 16 goals and only 8 occasions allowed its opponent to score the net, to emerge a winner in the match by one goal difference.
With this victory, the Algerian national team led the Group F teams, awaiting a match between the other two teams in the group, Portugal and Iceland, who meet later today.
