The first win after her comeback is at the same time another impressive brand from toboggan runner Natalie Geisenberger.
In Oberhof, the Miesbacher celebrated her 50th victory in an individual World Cup.

- With her first victory since her comeback, Natalie Geisenberger has once again underlined her exceptional position as the best tobogganer of all time - in style with a track record.
It was the 50th victory of the 32-year-old in an individual competition.
Including team competitions, she even won 72 world cup races.
No toboggan runner in history comes close to this brand.
A look at the successes of the 32-year-olds is a look at superlatives: six gold medals at youth world championships, a total of ten titles as German champion, six-time European and nine-time world champion and four-time Olympic champion.
Geisenberger's dominance in the tobogganing world can best be described with reference to the overall World Cup.
In 2013, the Miesbacherin started an unparalleled series of victories, winning the overall standings seven times in a row until 2019 - only the break in the 2019/20 season ended this series of successes.

You can already look back on an absolutely exceptional career as the world's best luge athlete of all time.
At the end of 2008 you won your first World Cup in Winterberg, and since then it has only really been a steep climb.
After many years at the top of the world, only your personal happiness called Leo could "slow you down", but only for one season.
If the competition had hoped that they would at least have a chance against a “Mama Geisenberger”, you dashed these hopes again in the first race of the 2020/21 season.
Dear Natalie, I admire your ambition, your will, your perseverance.
This is the only way to achieve such success over so many years.
In addition, your sympathetic nature, all of that makes a top athlete.
Thank you for representing the Miesbach district around the world so warmly and down-to-earth for so many years.
