The Football Association's Committee for the Transfer of Rights granted a postponement to a team from the capital, so that the sheikh could produce a certificate of integrity, and forward additional documents and proof of his personal fortune.

Will three weeks be enough for him?

The Football Association's Rights Transfer Committee gave Betar Jerusalem an extension of 21 days in the transfer of the remaining documents to complete the deal with Sheikh Hemed Ben Khalifa.
As will be recalled, the committee requires that the sheikh 'issue a certificate of integrity in order to prove that he has no criminal record, which has not happened so far, after the committee did not receive the signed document from an attorney presented by the sheikh'.
In addition, the commission is demanding documents and more evidence regarding Ben Khalifa's personal fortune, after part of his fortune was presented as bonds in the Venezuelan government.
