Noël Le Graët is running for a fourth term at the head of the French Football Federation.
The 79-year-old leader announced it in a letter sent to clubs, districts and leagues: “After having widely consulted the players in French football in recent weeks and the members of the FFF Executive Committee this morning, I have decided to request the renewal of your confidence, by presenting my candidacy for the presidency of our Federation, ”he wrote.
The former boss of En Avant Guingamp has served as president of the FFF since 2011. The elections will take place on March 13.
For the moment, only Michel Moulin, a businessman, and Frédéric Thiriez, ex-president of the LFP, have announced that they are candidates.
