Only three games were played tonight (Thursday through Friday) in the NBA League.

LeBron James led the Lakers to a win over Yannis in Milwaukee, hot Utah defeated New Orleans, and Golden State lost to New York.

Milwaukee (6: 9) - Los Angeles Lakers (4:12) 113: 106

In the battle between the MVP of the regular season and the MVP of the final series from last season, the victory went to LeBron James, who scored a season-high 34 points.

The Lakers recovered after the loss to Golden State where they lost a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter and improved their balance at the Western Summit.

7 and a half minutes into the game the Lakers led 87:98, but then Chris Middleton led the Bucks' comeback that went up to 100: 102 but Cantabius Caldwell Pop answered with a three from the corner, and the Lakers did not drop the lead until the end.

Yannis Antocompo's 25 points and 12 rebounds were not enough for Milwaukee, which was also aided by Jero Holliday's 22 and Middleton's 20.

When on the other side the champion scores 19 of 37 from outside the arc, there is not much to do.

Aside from LeBron, Caldwell-Pop scored 23 (7 of 10 from three), and Anthony Davis added 18 points.

Utah (4:11) - New Orleans (9: 5) 118: 129

Seventh consecutive victory for Jazz, who just do not look back.

The opening belonged to a guest who led 31:43 at the end of the first quarter, but failed to maintain the advantage.

Donovan Mitchell recorded a season-high with 36 points (6 of 7 from three), Mike Conley added 20 and Jordan Clarkson scored 19 for Utah, which holds the longest active winning streak in the league.

On the other side, Zion Williamson stood out with 27 points and Brandon Ingram with 23.

Golden State (7: 8) - New York (8: 8) 119: 104

RJ Barrett led the Knicks with 28 points en route to a third straight win.

2 minutes to the end of the first half the result showed 55:55, but from here New York took the lead which it did not drop until the end of the game.

Steph Kerry scored 30 points (5 of 14 from three) and Andrew Wiggins added 17 points and 9 rebounds, but that was not enough for the Warriors against six Knicks players in double digits.

Aside from Barrett, Mitchell Robinson scored 18 points, Julius Randall was close to a triple-double with 16 points, 17 assists and 9 assists, and Alfred Peyton added 15.
