The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced today a list of referees for the African Youth Championship to be held in Mauritania next month.
In a statement on its official website, the federation stated that the list included 17 main referees and 18 assistant referees.
The Federation set the 25th of this month as the date for the draw for the African Nations Cup for Youth "U-20", which will be held during the period from February 14 to March 4, with the participation of 12 teams, for the first time in the history of the tournament.
The 12 teams will be divided into three groups, each of which includes four teams, to qualify for the quarter-finals of the first and second places from each group, in addition to the best third-placed teams.
