One of the suspects in placing the stun grenade outside the house of Omar Atzili's parents filed an appeal today (Monday) to extend his detention.

Yesterday, Magistrate's Court Judge Ita Nachman extended the detention of the two suspects by five days.

One of them, Omri Ben Lulu, filed the motion to cancel the extension through his attorney Avichai Hajabi.

Police say there is clear evidence that allegedly linked the two detainees to an incident in which the grenade was placed outside the family home, with the addition of suspicion of threatening the actor and spray-painting graffiti in the area of his home, allegedly.

Until yesterday, one of the suspects, Bar Gita, refused to cooperate with investigators.

The second suspect, Omri Ben Lulu, claimed that he had nothing to do with the events and the message he sent to the noble was to bridge the gap between him and the other fans with his expected signing for Maccabi Haifa.

At this stage, no further arrests are expected and the police are focusing their investigation on the two suspects arrested yesterday.
