Rainer Robmond will serve as Van Leven's assistant, while Dennis Gantnar will be appointed as the goalkeeping coach.

Robmond, 48, previously played for Utrecht, Alkmaar and De Schrapshap, before retiring in 2009.
Since working in Alkmaar's youth department, he has been assistant coach of the Netherlands youth team, assistant coach to Willem (and then head coach after replacing the coach), and then assistant to Mark van Bommel at PSV Eindhoven.
Dennis Gentnar, 45, previously coached in Ajax's youth departments.
He played for Neumach, Dortmund, Ajax, Venlo and Neumich, where he retired at the end of the 2013/14 season.
Van Leven was in charge of the youth department at Maccabi Tel Aviv, served as the team's coach at the beginning of the season when she was still looking for a coach, and a few weeks ago replaced Georgios Donis as head coach after the Greek was fired.
