Five games were played tonight (Wednesday) as part of the 20th round of the Premier League, at the center of which is the recent home loss of Manchester United in the table, Sheffield United.
The Red Devils had a chance to overtake city rivals Manchester City, who lead the table, but succumbed to a 2-1 draw at Old Trafford.
The visitors took the lead in the 23rd minute from a goal by Cain Bryan, but Harry Maguire managed to equalize in the 64th minute.
The host, who prefers to play away this season, suffered 10 minutes later from Oliver Barak who inflicted a first league loss on Solskjaer since the beginning of November 2020. For Sheffield this is only the second victory this season and it is still 10 points away from the red line.
