Munich
-
Sarpreet Singh
surprisingly returns to
FC Bayern Munich
with immediate effect
.
The New Zealander was loaned to
1. FC Nürnberg
in the
2. Bundesliga
before the season
.
The loan should originally be until July
31st.
last.
Now the
FCB
and the "
Club
" agreed to end the loan early.
The end of the loan comes as a surprise
Originally the aim of the loan was
to give
Singh
the necessary match practice in the
2nd division
.
At first the plan seemed to work for both sides.
On the first day of the match, the newcomer was immediately in the starting line-up.
In the following five games,
however
, the
New Zealander was
only used as a joker.
Then the
FCB talent had to
clarify private matters in his home country New Zealand and was out for his club for over three weeks.
After his return, the talent seemed to be improving.
Between the
13th and 16th matchday
stand
Singh
always in the starting XI.
Now it comes to the surprising end of the loan.
When asked why the midfielder was not used in the last game against Regensburg, Nuremberg coach
Robert Klauß
replied
: "
I was dissatisfied with his training
performance
" and thus gave a possible explanation as to why the loan ended.
Singh: Big plans at FC Bayern
Singh
had recently
stated that he
would like to fight
for a regular place at
Bayern
in the summer
.
It is very questionable whether such statements fit together with a bad attitude in training with a second division team.
The only thing that is certain is that the New Zealander will now
return
to the
record champions
earlier than planned
.
It shouldn't get any easier for Sarpreet Singh.
