The Swedish national team qualified for the final match of the World Handball Cup after beating its French counterpart 32-26 in the semi-final match that brought them together today.
The first half of the match ended with Sweden leading by 3 goals, 16-13.
Sweden's goalkeeper Andreas Baleka won the best player award after his impressive saves that helped his country win.
It is noteworthy that the Swedish national team won the World Cup champion title on four occasions, the last of which was in Egypt in 1999.
