Utah celebrates with Joe Ingles the threesome record: "There are not many players like him in the NBA"
Ex-Maccabi Tel Aviv, who overtook John Stockton and became the pinnacle of jazz threes, is having a hard time digesting the achievement.
His friends exclaimed, "He deserves some recognition."

Dallas is limping, and Luka Doncic is very worried.
The Mavericks suffered a fourth straight loss tonight, 120: 101 to the hot Utah, and once again set a low breaking point.
Since the beginning of the season, the Mavericks have already lost five times in double digits, and time and time again it seems that the team lacks wit and character - things that the prodigy had in abundance when he played for Real Madrid and the Slovenian national team.
"Our situation is terrible," said the frustrated Doncic, who finished with 25 points, seven assists and six rebounds.
"I've never felt that way before. We have to do something because it does not look good. We have to transcend ourselves, talk to each other and find a way to play basketball better. In my opinion, it's mostly a matter of effort."
Doncic, who before the start of the season was considered the leading candidate to win the MVP, is far from there at the moment.
While he puts up an impressive 27.3 points, 9.2 rebounds and 9.6 assists, Dallas' results are far from meeting expectations.
It irritates Doncic, mainly because he feels it is a mental difficulty.
"Right now, we don't seem to care if we win or lose. We need more energy, more effort, to dive on the parquet on every lost ball, close for a rebound, everything ... there is a lot to improve on, and I know we will do it," he said.

Ingles broke a three-pointer record in the 11th straight win over Utah, Washington was defeated

But the problem is that it is not certain that Dallas' difficulties are purely mental, and not professional.
It starts with Kristaps Forzingis, who was supposed to be the superstar next to Doncic, and in the meantime is far from that.
The last two games against Utah - in which he averaged 14.5 points and just 7 rebounds and snatched a knockout from Rodi Gover - illustrated this well.
"We have to be honest with ourselves. Sometimes as an actor, you're not pushing yourself enough. Sometimes your friends aren't pushing you enough, and that should not happen," James Johnson said.
And while Doncic is looking for answers, Utah seems to have found them all.
The Jazz, who had no trouble overcoming the Mavericks tonight, extended their winning streak to 11, maintaining a good balance in the league.
They also reached nine games in a row with 15 threes or more - the second most consecutive in history.
Whoever is responsible for quite a few of these threes, is Joe Ingles.
The veteran forward, who in 2014 was still dry on the Maccabi Tel Aviv bench, recorded a most impressive milestone, becoming Utah's all-time top scorer and surpassing John Stockton.
Ingles, who scored 10 points tonight, needed two threes to reach 846 threes in the jazz uniform - one more than the legendary Stockton, one of the greatest coordinators in NBA history.
He set the record as early as the first quarter, waved his hands enthusiastically and received congratulations and encouragement from his teammates.
"If someone had told me a few years ago that I would break the records of legendary actors like John Stockton or Carl Malone, I would have laughed in his face. To get to that thing .... I really do not know what to say, no words."
Ingles, who reinvented himself in the NBA as a three-pointer and a tough guard, stands at 40.8 percent in his career in the best league in the world - more than Stockton who was 38.4 percent accurate in his 19 years in Utah.
"It's just great to see Joe win a little bit of headlines and a little bit of recognition, because I think what he does goes over people's heads too many times," teammate George Niang said.
"His contribution to our team is huge. To win such respect is a huge thing for him. We are all happy for him."
Rudy Guber also praised his teammate, saying: "Joe thinks of the good of others before he thinks of his numbers. There are not many players in this league who have to force them to throw. I have to scold Joe over and over again, reminding him that he needs to first "Everyone is looking for his shots and only then the dedication. He just scored too well to give up shots."
