Yam Madar and his representatives announced today (Monday) that they are filing an arbitration lawsuit against Hapoel Tel Aviv, following his demand for free release at the end of the season.

As part of the application, the player demands one and only remedy - to order his release from the team at the end of the current season without any conditions or restriction or financial demand from him, in accordance with the existing contractual framework between the parties.
"In view of the outrageous and surprising decision of the club's representatives to withdraw from the clear and signed agreements with the player and continue to condition the termination of the contract with monetary consideration, the player's representatives are forced to bring his case before the arbitration institution, through attorneys Roi Rosen and Eran Neumann.
"As stated, the club's representatives informed the player that they would not agree to his transfer at the end of the current season unless the club receives a total of $ 700,000.
" The club's representatives' demand is in stark contrast to existing and signed agreements between the player and club representatives.
