Betar Jerusalem announced today (Tuesday) that it has received the funds intended for it (NIS 12 million) from the Greek Athens AAC for the sale of Levi Garcia, as well as the funds from the American Kansas City for Gadi Kinda, after the alleged sting attempt that was thwarted By the members of the club.
A statement from the club said: "This is a very complicated issue, and now the matter is under police investigation both through the US FBI and through the Turkish police, in an attempt to find the perpetrators. We thank the cyber company Octopus for much help along the way."
It should be noted that the initial investigation revealed that the hackers were probably from Japan, and the hacking of AAC and Kansas computers was carried out through Turkey.
Meanwhile, six team players who were found negative in all previous tests underwent another corona test this morning, after three more players were diagnosed as positive yesterday.
A total of 20 players infected with the virus are counted at the club.
