In the summer of 2017 Lee was sold from Barcelona to Italian side Verona for 1.5 million euros.
He is a partner in 14 Serie A games and even scored the consolation goal in a 4: 1 defeat to Milan.
The following season, after Verona went down, he made 23 appearances in Serie B. In the summer of 2019 he was sold from the Italian club to Saint-Troiden, but partnered only in 4 games before the Corona outburst brought an early end to the Belgian league.
This season Lee has already become a more significant player at St. Troyden, with 13 appearances and a double against Antwerp in a 3: 2 loss.
In recent weeks he has again lost his status and in fact his last appearance was on December 12, so he got 22 minutes as a substitute in a loss to Charleroi.
In the South Korean team Lee has accumulated 11 appearances, including two in the 2018 World Cup. At a young age he is considered a big star.
At the Asian Under-16 Championships in 2014, he was crowned the king of goals and the tournament player and in 2017 he was named "Young Player of the Year in Asia".
