Digital marathons have already been held in New York and Berlin.
The full marathon will start at 6:30 in the morning and, as always, there will be options for shorter distances.
A special application downloaded by each runner will measure the time and distance at each point where the runner will be.
Everyone will choose their route in order not to cluster.
This year's marathon is not competitive but popular and the result is official but not competitive as everyone runs a different route.
Ophir Wagman, Tel Aviv Marathon Director: "The city of Tel Aviv-Yafo continues to host huge sporting events and the Judo Grand Slam competition will also take place in the city in three weeks. We are proud to hold the digital marathon and witness an unprecedented number of participants."
So far, runners from 33 different countries from the United States, Russia, Mexico, Italy, Spain and Chile have registered for the digital marathon.
