The court of the Football Association sentenced Hapoel B'Shlosha, Joshua Peshkira, to a four-game suspension for spitting on Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Avi Rikan.

It is a severe punishment when Dayan Noam Lubin justified the decision and wrote: "This is a degrading and humiliating act that was done literally behind the back of a Maccabi Tel Aviv player with the intention of harming him while trying to disguise the act." Lubin added: "Add to that the fact Because we are in the age of the corona where spitting is not "only" a humiliating and harmful event, but may cause a real health risk and therefore should also be considered an irresponsible act of the defendant and therefore, even aggravating circumstances for the above event ".

As you may recall, towards the end of the league game between Hapoel B'Shlosha and Maccabi Tel Aviv, which ended in a 0: 1 victory for the Yellows, the Portuguese spit towards Maccabi player Avi Rikan.

Joshua later responded to the allegations, claiming that he did not spit on Rikan, adding that Maccabi players were the ones who tried to provoke provocations throughout the game when they cursed him in an attempt to get him sent off.

It is already possible to report that BS will appeal the court's decision, after already yesterday in the hearing reached by the player, the team claimed that the judge could not punish the connection in an event that was not even tested in the VAR system.
