Barcelona beat Real Betis 3-2 in the twenty-second round of the Spanish League this season.
Real Betis took the lead in the 38th minute through Borja Iglesias from a cross in front of the goal, to meet it in the net, ending the first half with Barca trailing 1-0.
In the second half, Messi came on as a substitute in the 57th minute to score the equalizer in the 59th minute, then the second goal for Barca came in the 68th minute, through Betis defender Victor Ruiz by mistake in his own net after a pass from Messi and the same player tied for his team in the 75th minute and in the 87th minute the young Portuguese was kidnapped. Francesco Trincao scored a goal for Barca to score three points.
With this result, Barcelona returns to the league again with 43 points, 7 points behind leaders Atletico Madrid, while Betis ranks seventh with 30 points.
