The court of the Football Association tonight (Monday) rejected Hapoel B'Shlosha's appeal against the dismissal of four games by Joshua Pashkira for spitting on Maccabi Tel Aviv's midfielder Avi Rikan in last week's game.
The Portuguese press will miss the game against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the eighth round of the State Cup. Apart from the spicy game, Joshua will also miss the league games against Hapoel Kfar Saba, MS Ashdod and Hapoel Haifa.
As you may recall, towards the end of the league game between Hapoel B'Shlosha and Maccabi Tel Aviv, which ended in a 0: 1 victory for the Yellows, the Portuguese spit towards Maccabi player Avi Rikan. Joshua later responded to the allegations, claiming that he did not spit on Rikan, adding that the Maccabi Tel Aviv players were the ones who tried to provoke provocations throughout the game when they cursed him in an attempt to get him sent off.
