Muhammad Awad's comeback to Maccabi Haifa is approaching.
The striker, who has been putting heavy pressure in the last day on his Polish team Lech Poznan, has received a message from the club's leaders that there is a very high probability that he will be released and can return to the green ranks.
At first the Poles refused the move and wanted Awad to stay until the end of the season, but after an official request from the player and a request from Maccabi Haifa, the Poles softened and this morning there is already a tendency, according to sources at the club, to release the striker.
"The chances of such a move have increased significantly," said a source in the Polish group.
"I estimate that a final decision will be made in the next day."

Maccabi Haifa have long wanted to bring back Awad, but now they have stepped up their efforts in light of the injury of Nikita Rokavitsia, who will be out for at least the next two weeks and will miss at least the team's next three games, including the derby and the meeting against Betar Jerusalem.
