Hapoel Beer Sheva continues to strengthen.

Following the arrival of Hatem Alhamid, Brazilian midfielder Farley Rosa signed tonight (Wednesday) at the South Club for a season and a half.

Rossa, 27, who was a candidate for the team this summer and was recently released from his team in the UAE, summed up his terms at the club earlier this week.

"I am happy to sign for the club and thank the professional team for supporting me," said the new acquisition, "I am looking forward to joining training. I have heard and seen videos of the crowd and I very much hope that I will soon be able to play at the home stadium with you."

The club's president, Alona Barkat: "We are happy to add Farley to the club. I am sure he will contribute a lot to us and will fit in well with the team."

The team also announced the signing of Hatem Alhamid, who will play in the team for the next three and a half seasons.

Hatem said at the signing: "I am happy to return for my second term at the club. I missed the city, the atmosphere, the club people and especially our huge crowd. I am aware of the expectations from me and I will do everything to get back on the field."

Barkat: "In the two seasons he played here, Hatem has become an integral part of the team, in addition to connecting with the city and the club. I congratulate Hatem on his return to us and I have no doubt he will help us meet the goals before us."
