Although he closed for two years at Shakhtar Donetsk, Manor Solomon is still having a hard time getting used to Ukraine's winter.
His team has been training in the snow for the last few days, and in an interview with the club's official website admitted: "I'm not used to it yet, it's very difficult to train like that. The situation should be played out in all weathers. "
When asked how he still copes with the stormy weather, he replied: "I wear everything I can. There is not much to do. Before training I apply a special cream on my fingers, it helps."
In eight days, Shekhtar will host Maccabi Tel Aviv in the first of two games in the big 32 of the Europa League, and on February 25, it will host the Israeli champion in frost.
"If the weather stays like this, I'm sure Maccabi Tel Aviv will be surprised," said the Israeli winger.
"Even if they know a lie in Ukraine, they are definitely not used to it. In Israel it is 20 degrees at the moment, so it will not be easy for them."
