The Syrian national basketball team ended its closed training camp with a friendly meeting with the Al-
Wahda
team, heading this evening to the Qatari capital, Doha, to compete in
the third window of the qualifiers for the Asian finals.
Our team will play in the third window two matches, the first with the Saudi national team on the nineteenth of this month and the second with the Qatar team on the twenty first of the same month.
The qualifiers include six groups in which four teams are competing in each of them, where the
first and second of each group qualify directly at the end of these qualifiers to the Asian Championship to
be the total of the qualifiers of twelve teams, while the teams that come
in third place in the six groups
play periodically from one stage, of which four teams qualify.
