Swiss Lara-Gut Behrami won the super-G of the Alpine Skiing Worlds on Thursday ahead of her compatriot Corinne Suter and the American Mikaela Shiffrin, in Cortina d'Ampezzo (Italy).
This is Gut-Behrami's first title in the World Championships in all disciplines.
Winner of four of the five World Cup super-Gs contested this year, she already had a silver medal (Schladming 2013) and a bronze (Saint-Moritz 2017) in this discipline at the Worlds.
