Dallas (14:13) - New Orleans (14:11) 130: 143
The duel between two of the players who are supposed to dominate the NBA in the coming years lived up to expectations, and more how: Luka Doncic set a great career record with 46 points alongside 12 assists And 8 rebounds, Zion Williamson provided his own career high on the other side with 36 points and just one miss from the field, but the matchup was ultimately decided in favor of the Mavericks and Luca, who were a little better.
Dallas ’dominance improving in the 2nd and 3rd quarters ensured their fourth straight win in the early stages, with alongside Doncic’s record game, Kristaps Forzingis also looked his best and finished with 36 points.
Brandon Ingram finished with 30 in the losing ranks.
Utah (5:21) - Milwaukee (10:16) 115: 129 The
Jazz prove every game that their impressive season opener is far from accidental.
The victims this time around were Yannis Antocompo and Milwaukee, who tried everything to stop the team's momentum with the best balance in the NBA, but failed to prevent them from winning 17 in the last 18 games and a streak of six wins, five of them by double digits.
Joe Ingles continued his fantastic fitness with 27 points (7 threes), just like Rudy Gover who added 12 rebounds and 4 blocks.
Donovan Mitchell (26 and 8 assists) and Jordan Clarkson (25) joined the celebration, leaving the Bucks no chance despite a good game from Antocompo (29 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists) and Brock Lopez (23).
Denver (11:14) - Oklahoma City (15:10) 95:97
A win with a lot of character for the Nuggets, who fell behind most of the game stage but pressed the gas at just the right moment in the final quarter.
Monte Morris' free throws set up a four-point lead for Denver with 8 seconds left on the clock, effectively dominating the game.
Nikola Jokic and Jamal Marie finished with 22 each, with the wonderful Serbian chin also adding 13 rebounds and 9 assists.
For the Thunder, who lost for the second time in a row to the Contender (the previous one was for the Lakers in overtime), Justin Jackson stood out with 20.
The Jazz continue to laugh all the way to the NBA summit.
